More than 19 years transforming water engineering in Mexico
Our main plant and water technology development center.
HISTORY
Our History
Ingeniería Química Electromecánica Ambiental (IQEA) is a Mexican company primarily dedicated to water and wastewater treatment. Founded in Tijuana, Baja California, in October 2006, IQEA was born from the vision of a group of water and wastewater treatment specialists who recognized the challenges and needs of the industrial, residential, and commercial sectors. This has led to the development of a comprehensive portfolio of services covering various fields of expertise, supported by a self-sufficient team that provides clients with direct access to the designer, supplier, and implementer of the solution.
2006
IQEA Foundation
It was founded in Tijuana, B.C., as a firm specializing in water and wastewater treatment.
2009
IMTA-CNA Certification
Mobile electrocoagulation and ultrafiltration modules for water treatment in rural communities in Guerrero and Oaxaca.
2011
LEED-Certified Project
Wine Museum Wastewater Treatment Plant, Guadalupe Valley, built to LEED standards using locally sourced materials.xaca.
2014
International Collaboration
